A three-story townhouse in Boerum Hill asking $5 million is the neighborhood’s most expensive listing ever, according to Buzzbuzzhome.

The 1899 property, located at 492 Warren Street between Bond and Nevins streets, is being redeveloped into a four-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family residence with 4,200 square feet.

When completed, the building will include a cinema room, billiard room and a 900-square-foot roof deck with an in-ground swimming pool. It will also feature a 700-square-foot backyard.

Galleria Group is marketing the home as a pre-construction purchase opportunity, which listed in July. [Buzzbuzzhome]Christopher Cameron

Cute block but unfortunately you have projects to the west AND to the east of this way overpriced town home unless you are comfortable with high crime, robberies, and gunshots that are heard often surrounded by this risky location. Just being honest…
