Meryl Streep’s 23-year-old model daughter, Louisa Gummer, has picked up a $1.53 million apartment in Williamsburg.

Gummer paid more than $200,000 over the asking price for the three-bedroom unit, located at 180 South 4th Street near the Williamsburg Bridge, according to the New York Daily News.

The 1,571-square-foot corner loft apartment features views of Continental Army Plaza, a 50-foot-wide great room and 16 windows.
