A prime example of Italianate architecture in Chelsea has hit the market for $16.5 million following a multi-year renovation.

Located 460 West 22nd Street, the 1840-built townhouse was purchased by Bill White and Bryan Eure for just $4.6 million in 2012.

The four-bedroom home’s renovation was carried out by Fanuka and Suk Design and featured in Architectural Digest.

The home has four fireplaces, an elevator, and multiple outdoor areas. Fredrik Eklund has the listing, so the chances that the house will appear on a future episode of Million Dollar Listing New York are pretty good. [Curbed]Christopher Cameron

At this point does Fredrik Eklund really need to be associated with DE or any firm?
He’s established and now is a BRAND in NYC!
Why give away 30% of every commission to DE when you can keep it all to yourself like Dolly Lenz.
