German-born owner, Guenter Foerster, commissioned the 7,000-square-foot home in the 1970s. It features hand-painted ceilings, stained-glass windows and three fireplaces “massive enough to roast a hog.”

In 2009, the home listed for $3.2M, with nearly 700 acres. Now the home is being offered with 100 acres for $850,000, or with an additional 272 acres and a “rustic lodge” for $1.5 million. The property also comes with a donkey. [Curbed] Christopher Cameron
