This is like AirBnB. They put occupancy on a floor far in excess of allowable, and have illegal TPA parties that others would have to pay thousands for TPA permits and FDNY/DOB annoyance.
Make money by bending the law and getting the city to think that it is OK for a hip Israeli to do it while punishing the fools who try to follow the law.
Next time you go, check the C of O. If there are more than the C of O # of people on the floor and you get hurt, you are a millionaire.

    • this guy sucks ^^^

Not only do you sound retarded but you’re coming off like an anti-semite too. Smart guy.
