Businesses will move into the space next summer following terminal's $183M renovation

Two major national chains have signed on to lease space in Washington Heights.

Clothing store Gap and sports bar Buffalo Wild Wings will set up shop at the George Washington Bridge Bus Terminal next summer, following a $183 million renovation.

Marshall’s, Fine Fair Fresh and Blink Fitness have already inked leases inside the 120,000-square-foot facility, according to the New York Daily News.

Local businesses have also singed on, including Joyeria Pepe, Café 178, Reyes Optical and Inwood-based Mr. Nice Guy hamburgers, among others. A local, still unnamed, non-profit will move into 1,600 square feet of the location. [NYDN] — Claire Moses
