The philanthropist bought the Calif. ranch from Jenny Craig
Bill Gates just picked up diet mogul Jenny Craig’s equestrian estate in Rancho Santa Fe, California, for $18 million.
The deal closed last month, and reports indicate that Gates plans to turn it into “a grand prix circuit for hunters and jumpers,” according to Curbed.
The 228-acre estate, known as Rancho Paseana, features a racing track, an olive orchard, five barns, a veterinarian’s suite and a guesthouse.[Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
