The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at 930 Fifth Avenue can be purchased with or without furniture, according to the New York Post. RP Miller Realty Group’s Reba Miller and Julia Cole have the listing in the Emory Roth-designed building. Woody Allen used to live in the building’s penthouse.

The unit, which was recently renovated, has oversized windows and a living room that overlooks Central Park. The living room includes a “beautiful faux fireplace,” according to the listing. The apartment also comes with a eat-in kitchen, a pantry and a bedroom or library with a designed alcove office. [NYP] — Claire Moses
