UPDATED Monday Oct. 20, 1:45 p.m.: Gordon Hoppe will oversee all new development sales at The Corcoran Group and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, according to a press release from the brokerage.

Hoppe has worked for Corcoran for more than 10 years, most recently serving as senior vice president, director of sales and operations for Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Hoppe is now also responsible for mentoring and managing Corcoran re-sale agents on new development sales.

President and CEO of The Corcoran Group Pamela Liebman announced Hoppe’s new position during the company’s Fall 2014 kickoff meeting earlier this week.

Hoppe first joined Corcoran in 2004 as managing director of the firm’s Sag Harbor office. In 2006, Hoppe moved from the Hamptons to Manhattan to join Corcoran Sunshine’s new development division. — Claire Moses
