The properties at 4101 and 4113 Broadway, between 173rd and 174th streets, contain a total of 132 apartments, Crain’s reported. Massey Knakal Realty Services’ Robert Knakal and Robert Shapiro are marketing the buildings, which collectively last sold for $24 million in 2007, property records show.

In 2012, Vantage and Normandy Real Estate were hit with a $37 million foreclosure suit from Dallas-based Lone Star Funds, for allegedly defaulting on a portfolio of four buildings, including 4101 Broadway, as The Real Deal reported. Rubler has been on a bit of a selling spree in Manhattan in recent months, showing a tendency to acquire properties outside the borough instead.  [Crain’s]Mark Maurer
