The priciest pad to hit the market this week was penthouse unit of 1965 Broadway. The sprawling unit is asking $42 million and includes eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Here is a look inside via Curbed.

The three-story penthouse is located  in Lincoln Center and has a total of 16 rooms. Pricing comes down to $5,185 per square foot. The unit also includes a 2,000-square-foot private exterior space. There are two kitchens as well as a powder room.
