IPsoft, an artificial intelligence software company, inked a lease for 98,000 square feet at Aby Rosen’s 17 State Street, across from Battery Park.

With the lease, the company is doubling its footprint, according to Crain’s. Asking rents for office space in the 42-story, 530,000-square-foot tower are in the mid $60s per square foot. The tower was one of the first Downtown office buildings to re-open after Superstorm Sandy.
