Brooklyn-based gas station operator Bolla Oil Corporation is asking $27 million for a triangular Downtown Brooklyn development site.
The Mobil gas station site at 185 Flatbush Avenue Extension, near Johnson and Gold streets, offers more than 63,000 buildable square feet, Crain’s reported. But under the city’s Inclusionary Housing Program, a development firm could put up a 75-unit affordable housing building with about 76,000 buildable square feet.
Sean Kelly of CPEX Real Estate is marketing the site as a possible condominium or hotel development. [Crain’s] — Mark Maurer
