Joseph Caridi, a former tri-state region chief operating officer at Colliers International, has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a senior managing director, according to Cushman.

Caridi will again focus on the tri-state region as a member of a management team in Cushman’s headquarters at 1290 Sixth Avenue in Midtown. He will be involved with recruiting and developing strategy. Caridi will report to Ron Lo Russo, who is president of the tri-state region operations for Cushman.
