Sales launch today at The Boerum, a new 20-story residential development in Boerum Hill.

The project, located at 265 State Street, is being developed by architecture and development firm Flank, which is also responsible for 224 Mulberry Street and the Abingdon in the West Village. It’s the developer’s first project in Brooklyn and its largest project to date.

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is marketing the property.

One-bedroom units in the building range from $800,000 to $1 million, two-bedroom apartments are between $1.5 million and $2 million and three-bedrooms are priced from $2 million to $2.5 million. Roughly 20 apartments in the building are four- and five-bedroom units, and they will range from $3 million to $4.25 million. The apartments are located above a six-story hotel.

The building, which houses 128 apartments, also includes four penthouses.

The first residents are expected to move into the building in 2016.

Soho’s Children’s Museum of the Arts is designing the playroom in the building. As a result of a partnership with the museum, staffers will host art workshops in the building.
