The end is here: more than 3,000 workers at Atlantic City’s Trump Taj Mahal casino will lose their jobs on December 20 if a deal isn’t reached to save the bankrupt casino.

Employee hours will be cut as the date moves closer, the company said in an amended WARN notice sent to employees, according to the New York Post.

The casino hotel had been scheduled to close on December 12, but the date was extended to give Carl Icahn and state officials more time to reach a deal with workers.
