Nighttime parties add a bit of levity to the International Council of Shopping Centers’ New York National Deal Making conference. The Real Deal attended several, including Cushman & Wakefield’s Midtown fete at Gotham Hall at 1356 Broadway and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s larger and later event at Tao Downtown at 92 Ninth Avenue in Chelsea. Both events were on December 8.
