StormHarbour Partners inked a deal for 24,000 square feet on the top two floors of a 30-story Midtown office property owned by the American arm of the Property and Building Corporation.

The boutique investment banking firm would occupy the full 29th floor and part of the 30th floor at 452 Fifth Avenue, between West 39th and 40th streets. StormHarbour’s current 16,000-square-foot space is located at 140 East 45th Street.

A CBRE team led by Howard Fiddle and Craig Reicher and PBC’s Alice Popper represented the landlord in-house. Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance’s Barry Lewen represented StormHarbour.

Last year, fixed-income-focused alternative asset manager Tilden Park Capital Management signed for the 28th floor at the building. [WSJ]Mark Maurer
