NYC real estate on winter break: PHOTOS

Developer Don Peebles hit the slopes with his wife and daughter, while residential broker and “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Luis D. Ortiz was relaxing in sunny Puerto Rico. Attorney Stephen Meister was with his wife and daughter in St. Lucia, while dealmaker Jared Epstein was with his fiancee at St. Barts. Some, however, stayed closer to home to bring in the New Year- David Zar visited Copake Lake, the Oved brothers hung out at Times Square and broker and principal James Wacht stayed put in Central Park. Like much of New York City’s real estate industry, they took a break last month, and The Real Deal caught up with some of them after their holiday. Here are some highlights.
