On-Line Residential names Dino Morales SVP

On-Line Residential has promoted Dino Morales to senior vice president of business development.

Morales “is greatly respected in the community for his knowledge of the business and his people skills,” Jonathan Greenspan, the founder of the residential listings provider, said in a statement. “He has trained thousands of agents on the platform. Who doesn’t hug the guy when they see him?” Morales joined the company, which has a user base of about 10,000 real estate agents, in 1999, after three years at Citi Habitats.

Last month, rival residential listings company Nesto hired Joseph Ben-Zvi, who was most recently director of sales at On-Line Residential, to head up sales, as The Real Deal reported.  — Mark Maurer
