Toll Brothers chop ask of $44M Park Ave. penthouse by $9M

Toll Brothers City Living cut the asking price of its 7,000-square-foot triplex penthouse at 1110 Park Avenue by $9 million – to $35 million, or $5,000 per square foot.

The 16-story, nine-unit building, between East 89th and 90th streets, is now under construction, BuzzBuzzHome reported. The five-bedroom penthouse hit the market for $44 million in October.

The unit features a heated pool, wet bar, wood-burning fireplace and a barbecue. The Private Rooftop Terrace spans 1,738 square feet.
