Filmmaker and actor Vincent Gallo is parting ways with his Chelsea apartment.

The “Buffalo 66” star listed his pad at the Young Woo-developed, Jean-Nouvel designed 100 Eleventh Avenue for $2.95 million, about $1 million more than what Gallo paid for it two years ago, according to the New York Daily News.

Urban Compass’ Leonard Steinberg and Herve Senequier have the listing.

The glassy, fifth-floor apartment includes a floor-to-ceiling pivoting glass door that opens into a den with a private balcony, according to the newspaper. The unit also comes with a deep soaking tub and an enclosed shower. [NYDN] — Claire Moses

I have only seen Buffalo 66 and The Brown Bunny. Both are incredible. Interesting guy Vincent Gallo and the funnest website I have ever seen

What difference does it make what Mr. Gallo paid for his place? What is it worth now is all that matters. Maybe he also put a ton of money into it. That building is my favorite in NYC
