It’s been years in the making, but a former noodle factory in Williamsburg is finally going condo.

Dubbed Williamsberry, due to its location at 338 Berry, the project will have roughly 60 studio to four-bedroom residences, according to the freshly-launched teaser site, spotted by Buzzbuzzhome.

The starting price for the apartments will be approximately $575,000, according to broker and reality TV star, Fredrik Eklund. The building will have three penthouses priced from about $3.5 million.

Eklund is marketing the building with the Peters – O’Brien Team at Douglas Elliman.

Designer Paris Forino is handling the interiors, and amenities will include a doorman, garden, Roof Terrace, lounge and gym.

The Real Deal reported that developer Mona Gora acquired the property, formerly the Tung Fa Noodle Factory, for $12 million in 2005. [Buzzbuzzhome] Christopher Cameron
