John Kemp is claiming that Schreiber and Watts owe roughly $25,000 dating back to June 2013, the New York Daily News reported. Kemp claims that he stopped doing work for the “Birdman” actress and “Ray Donovan” star because they allegedly stopped paying their bills. After that, Kemp maintains that he did another $5,000 worth of work after Watts asked him to do so personally.

The actors had already paid Kemp $230,000 for construction on their duplex at 427 Washington Street, which the couple bought in 2011 for $3.9 million, according to the suit cited by the newspaper. [NYDN] – Claire Moses
