Now, it’s a residential mecca hosting some of the most expensive real estate in the city. It’s the domain of the rich and famous, where Jon Stewart recently sold his 6,000-square-foot duplex loft at 161 Hudson Street for $17.5 million — three times what he paid for it in 2005. [more]
