Two units on the 29th floor of the iconic Woolworth Building in the Financial District have hit the market for a combined $51.4 million.

The pricing of the Alchemy Properties-developed condos in the building — including a 9,400-square-foot, nine-story, $110 million penthouse that has been named the “pinnacle” — was first reported by The Real Deal last summer.

The 29th floor units span 11,450 square feet and include seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two half-bathrooms, according to the Wall Street Journal. The new owners will be able to look over the city, as well as both the East and the Hudson River, from two terraces that span more than 2,000 square feet. Separately, the units are priced $28.8 million, for the 6,327-square foot unit, and $22.6 million for the adjacent 5,127-square-foot unit, according to the newspaper.
