The former home of the late ABC Sports and News broadcasting pioneer Roone Arledge has entered contract.

The 15th floor co-op at 778 Park Avenue that once belonged to the 37-time Emmy Award winner was listed in September for $38 million. Arledge’s family first listed the apartment in 2013 for $29 million, the New York Post reported.
