We’re thrilled to announce The Real Deal South Florida is following up on the smashing success of our October publication and Miami event with a spring South Florida Market Report and showcase dedicated to the booming Broward County real estate market.

The Real Deal’s Broward County Forum & Showcase will take place April 23 at the Design Center of the Americas, right off 95 in Dania Beach.

As has been widely reported, the competition for buyers in the Broward region is getting fiercer every day. Panel topics under consideration include a look at what’s next in development for Broward — with a focus on where we are in the real estate cycle, new trends in marketing and emerging submarkets — and an examination of how volatility in foreign markets could impact real estate investment in the tri-county region. Please note these topics are subject to change and we will provide updates as they become available.

This event will bring together everyone in the South Florida real estate industry — from brokers, developers and designers to investors and homebuyers — for a day of networking and learning. Get tickets to the event here.

We have very limited sponsorship opportunities available at this particular event, so email [email protected] or call 212-254-7400 to reserve your spot now.

Didn’t make it to our last event? Here’s a look at what you missed:

And, check out these video interviews with top 2014 panelists including Richard LeFrak, chairman and CEO of the LeFrak Organization; Don Peebles, founder and CEO of the Peebles Coorporation; Alicia Cervera, managing partner of Cervera Real Estate; and Daniel de la Vega, president of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Watch all the videos here.

All Broward County Forum & Showcase attendees will receive a copy of the South Florida Market Report, and the publication will be distributed to subscribers along with the April issue of The Real Deal magazine. Check out the October edition of the South Florida Market Report online.
