11,000-square-foot condo spans three floors at One Brooklyn Bridge Park

Brooklyn’s most expensive condo ever has re-listed for $32 million.

Hedge fund Stuart Leaf and his wife own the 11,000-square-foot condo in Brooklyn Heights, the Wall Street Journal reported. The sprawling pad is the combination of nine units on the 10th, 11th and 12th floors of One Brooklyn Bridge Park. The apartment, which hit the market last May until the owners pulled it off in February, includes a 3,500-bottle wine room, a rock-climbing wall and a screening room, as well as six bedrooms.

Sotheby’s International Realty’s Karen and Alan Heyman have the listing.

If Leaf and his wife get the asking price for the unit, it would be the most expensive condo sale in the borough’s history. A unit that went for $7 million in Dumbo’s Clock Tower in 2008 currently holds that record, the newspaper reported.

The most expensive listing currently on the market in Brooklyn is a $40 million, 17,500-square-foot townhouse. [WSJ] — Claire Moses
