Trulia recently scraped current listings for apartments measuring 800 square feet or less, and the Wall Street Journal now reports that a 767-square-foot condo in the Setai on Miami Beach is the priciest in the country, with an $2.5 million ask.

According to the Journal, only 1 percent of U.S. buyers purchased a home that measured 1,000 square feet or less in 2014. Still 800 square feet hardly makes the cut for a “tiny” home – especially in terms of price per square foot — in NYC. [WSJ]Christopher Cameron
