The Hamptons will provide New Yorkers with a familiar taste this summer.

Manhattan restaurant and lounge Beautique is opening up shop in Southampton’s Capri Hotel. The restaurant will be occupying the space that used to be home to BLT Steak and Nobu, according to the New York Post. Mark Geragos, a Los Angeles-based attorney bought the 29-room Capri Hotel for $4.7 million in February.

Upper East Side eatery Philippe will occupy a space that was once Donatella Arpaia’s Sienna Restaurant, according to the newspaper.

New Yorkers who are looking for a familiar taste will also be able to eat at a Le Cirque outpost that will open at 268 Elm Street in Southampton. [NYP, 1st] — Claire Moses

If you are planning on visiting the NY area and need overnight accommodations, there is one resource that you need to have in your arsenal if you are looking for discounted rates. You don’t hear about it as often as the others but they are actually one of THE BEST places to search!

For the second year in a row, HotelsCombined(my partner) has won the title of the World’s Leading Hotel Comparison Website in the 2014 World Travel Awards!

I used to use sites like Travelocity, Expedia, Priceline, Last Minute, just to mention a few, but I quickly found the better way to find the BEST deals is to go to the second level – sites like CheapestHotelReservations dot info who compare hundreds of booking sites in one single search. You not only receive Trivago or Expedia deals but ALL of them in one place!

They also have a guarantee that if you can find a cheaper rate elsewhere they will pay you the difference!
