J. Crew CEO Millard Drexler is looking to sell his Tribeca apartment for $35 million.

He bought the five-bedroom, five-bathroom unit at 140 Franklin Street three years ago for $14.3 million, according to the New York Daily News.

Adam Modlin, broker to the stars, has the listing, the newspaper reported.

The pad, which spans 6,225 square feet, includes an 82-foot-long grand salon, 11-foot ceilings, original columns and views of all of Lower Manhattan.

Drexler, who heads J. Crew as well as Madewell, is also trying to sell his beach house in Wainscott for $26.5 million, the newspaper reported. [NYDN] — Claire Moses

Are you serious? Did someone vomit nasty wallpaper and furnishings all over this place? So Drexler heads J. Crew and Madewell and his apt is disgusting. No wonder the clothing in both stores is one notch up from Gap.

Here’s an idea, sell it for what you paid… b.c someone is going to need to spend a lot to make place this nice.
