A sprawling property in Wainscott has hit the market for $19.5 million, just in time for summer.

The 13,000-square-foot house, located at 44 Sayres Path in Wainscott, was designed by Alfredo DeVido and later updated by Maziar Behrooz. And according to Curbed, “somehow, the overall effect adds up to high-end hotel, not home.”

It features a 1,200-square-foot “Japanese barn-style great room,” seven en-suite bedrooms, a wine cellar and a separate two-bedroom apartment.

The listing also includes 2.7 acres of land, gardens and a tennis court.[Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
