Celebrity chef and “Top Chef” judge Tom Colicchio is unpacking his knives in Fort Greene, having paid $2.4 million for a townhouse in the neighborhood, according to property records filed with the city.

The three-story home at 366 Adelphi Street is currently divided into seven units, according to the listing on StreetEasy. Seller Derek Cox bought the property in 1982, property records show.

It’s unknown what Colicchio’s plans are for the property. Listing broker Emerson Atkins of Emerson Atkins Realty could not immediately be reached Tuesday.

Colicchio, who also owns Craft Restaurants as well as the swanky Colicchio & Sons in Chelsea, lives in a Meatpacking District duplex with his wife Lori Silverbush
