Joe Brunner’s 119-unit Bed-Stuy project gets rendering

1134 Fulton Street will contain a grocery store and affordable housing

Joseph Brunner filed permits for a 119-unit mixed-use development in Bedford-Stuyvesant this month, and now the first rendering is available.

The development, at 1134 Fulton Street, will also include affordable housing and a grocery store, according to Brownstoner, The building will be 11 stories and contain approximately 90,000 square feet of residential space and 18,500 square feet of commercial space.

Though the permits specified 119 units, the Brooklyn-based developer told the website that he is planning 189 units.

Karl Fischer is the architect.
