Breitling inks deal for new corner flagship on Madison Avenue

Luxury watch maker to move from 5 East 57th Street

Luxury watch brand Breitling is moving east on Billionaires’ Row, from 5 East 57th Street to Steinberg & Pokoik’s 575 Madison Avenue.

The Swiss company will take up approximately 7,000 square feet in its new location, according to the New York Post. The new corner flagship will have double-height windows as well as 90 feet of wraparound frontage.

The watch maker will occupy 1,850 square feet on the ground floor, 3,100 square feet on the second floor and another 1,500 square feet below grade, the Post reported. Asking rent was $1,900 per square foot.
