Greenland Forest City Partners’ Pacific Park is getting more condos.

The developer is officially looking to bring 244 condos to 615 Dean Street, a 26-story residential building in Brooklyn, according to an offering plan filed with the state Attorney General’s office.

The total sellout was not disclosed. Building plans for 615 Dean, located between Vanderbilt and Carlton avenues, call for a 317,000-square-foot tower. Kohn Pedersen Fox is the architect of record.

Pacific Park, formerly known as Atlantic Yards, is being developed by a partnership between Greenland USA and Forest City Ratner Companies. Greenland Forest City recently launched sales at 550 Vanderbilt, a luxury condo building. Prices at 550 Vanderbilt will range from $550,000 to $5.5 million.

Other residential buildings in the works include a 305-unit rental building at 30 Sixth Avenue and the 32-story rental building at 461 Dean that is slated to be the world’s tallest modular tower.
