LexisNexis-owned legal news service Law360 signed on for 46,000 square feet in Kaufman Organization’s 111 West 19th Street, bringing the building to full occupancy.

The eight-story property, located in Chelsea, has 185,000 square feet total. Advertising agency the Barbarian Group inked a 23,000-square-foot lease there in 2013.

Law360 has been growing its workforce at a rate of 20 to 30 percent each year for the past five or six years, the Wall Street Journal reported. It will be relocating from 860 Broadway and 200 Park Avenue South in Union Square.

Friday, The Real Deal reported that the Kaufman Organization is close to securing a fifth ground lease on a Ring portfolio building from Extell Development.

In September 2013, Law360 co-founder Magnus Hoglund purchased a $6.4 million condo in the Meatpacking District. [WSJ] — Tess Hofmann
