Hot on the heels of The Real Deal’s report about a Novogratz-designed townhouse hitting the market for $15.5 million, the chic design duo are the subject of the July/August cover story in Luxury Listings NYC. Also in this issue is “Kidding Around,” which explores how Manhattan interior designers create children’s rooms with wit and style.

How do you raise kids in style in Manhattan? You’ll find out in our feature about Rob and Cortney Novogratz, the high-profile husband-and-wife design team and HGTV stars. We’ll take you inside the colorful, playful home they share with their seven  kids – a blueprint for a fabulous family living in New York City.

Ripe for the season is “Hamptons Trophies,” a rundown of the most expensive homes in the Hamptons and on the North Fork. And, there’s more dazzle on tap in “Hidden Gems,” as we take you on a visit to the country’s largest diamond factory – in Midtown Manhattan!

An issue of Luxury Listings NYC wouldn’t be complete without “Luxe Life.” This month’s must-haves include cool outdoor items for the hot summer months, plus jewelry and furniture. And, check out the latest party photos from the biggest NYC awards and galas in “Scene/Seen.”

Look for the new issue the week of July 6. Happy reading! — LLNYC
