Mike Myers lists two Soho units for $21.5 million

Apartments could be combined into a triplex penthouse

Actor Mike Myers, best known for “Austin Powers,” “Wayne’s World” and “Shrek,” is sweetening the deal for the potential new buyer of his duplex Soho condo, according to Curbed. Myers chopped the price of his unit by $1 million, but is also offering an additional penthouse unit at 72 Mercer Street.

The new unit adds another 2,133 square feet, the website reported, and could help form a sprawling triplex penthouse at the Soho building.

Compass’ Leonard Steinberg, Herve Senequier, Amy Mendizabal and Calli Sarkesh have the listing.

The $16 million duplex includes three bedrooms and a rooftop. Together, Myers is trying to sell the apartments for a combined $21.5 million. He bought the apartments in 2007. [Curbed]— Claire Moses
