Très bien!

Fancy French children’s Clothing Store Jacadi Paris Is Opening Up Shop On Court Street in Cobble Hill, according to the New York Daily News. While the brand has four stores in Manhattan, it will be Jacadi’s first Brooklyn location.

The upscale children’s brand will occupy 900 square feet at 189 Court Street, according to the newspaper. Rent will be approximately $150 per square foot.

Madison Estates’ Joseph Baglio had the listing.

Parents will be able to shop for themselves as well, with Rag & Bone, Marine Layer and American Apparel all located there.

“Court Street has come a long way in recent years and this is a sign of things to come,” Baglio told the Daily News. “Brooklyn has become more international than ever before and we are seeing more and more interest from European companies.” [NYDN]Claire Moses
