Women’s fashion and home goods retailer Anthropologie signed on to take 20,500 square feet in L&L Holding Co.’s 195 Broadway in the Financial District.

Anthropologie will occupy space on the ground floor and basement level. The retailer will join Nobu, which is planning to take 14,000 square feet in the building, the New York Post reported. Both brands are slated to open the new locations in January 2017.

The deal leaves only 10,000 square feet of available retail space in the building.
