Fredrik Eklund to write book about fatherhood
“The Daddy Project” will be his follow-up to “The Sell”
Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund has his next book deal lined up. But rather than being about real estate, this one will be about another of his favorite topics — fatherhood.
The “Million Dollar Listing New York” star and his artist husband Derek Kaplan are expecting a baby via surrogate next spring, according to the New York Post.
The book will follow his guide to closing deals, “The Sell,” and is slated to be titled “The Daddy Project.”
About his impending fatherhood, he said, “I have butterflies, I can’t think, I can’t sleep.”
