She may be the new face of Maybelline, but model Gigi Hadid definitely wasn’t born with the Nolita condo she’s just put on the market for $2.45 million.

Hadid bought the two-bedroom apartment, at 250 Bowery, for $1.92 million last year through a trust in the name of her mother, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Foster Hadid. Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman have the listing.

The model, who’s been featured in Sports Illustrated’s annual Swimsuit Issue, recently viewed a $3 million apartment at 100 Norfolk Street on the Lower East Side, according to the New York Daily News.

Eklund and Gomes previously brokered a 2013 deal at 250 Bowery that broke the neighborhood’s price record at $2,500 per square foot. VE Equities developed the 24-unit building, which was designed by Morris Adjmi and Aldo Andreoli. [NYDN]Rey Mashayekhi
