Supermodel Gigi Hadid recently listed her Nolita apartment for $2.45 million — but now it has come to light that the pad comes complete with your own personal stalker.

Hadid put the apartment, at 250 Bowery, up for sale just days after Marcell Porter was arrested for stalking her on June 29, according to the New York Post. He was able to make it past security and almost reached her door.

Porter told police he was living at the Church of the Holy Apostles at 296 Ninth Avenue, an Episcopal church that helps the homeless.

“He’s very delusional. He was muttering to himself in the precinct. He was saying stuff like, ‘She needs me.’ He’d wait for her outside her building for long stretches of time,” a law enforcement officer said. “She was scared.”

Porter allegedly tried to reach Hadid in her apartment five times between June 22 and 29. He is currently being held without bail on Rikers Island. [NYP] — Tess Hofmann
