Revealed: New Marriott at 151 Maiden Lane

Tower will include 271 rooms

Plans for a new Marriott hotel at 151 Maiden Lane in the Financial District are taking shape.

Architect Peter Poon is designing the new 33-story building, according to New York YIMBY. Fortis Property Group is developing the 271-room hotel project. The new renderings, first published by YIMBY, show a glassy facade.

The project also includes a taller, 52-story residential tower that will include 95 units. The developer bought the two-parcel  property for $64 million in the summer of 2013.
