If Jason Statham is on the market for a pad in New York City, he knows who to call.

Natalya Rudakova, the femme fatale star in the third installment of the “Transporter” series, has been added to the 10-agent team at Lower Manhattan-based Broadway Realty, the brokerage announced.

It’s quite a career change for the Russian-born Rudakova, who was discovered by film producer and co-writer Luc Besson on the street, and cast in the lead role opposite Statham.

“I look forward to this new challenge since I love working and living in New York City where I enjoy meeting new people,” Rudakova said.

Broadway Realty pushes sales and rentals but also handles the full-service management of apartment buildings.

“We are thrilled to have Ms. Rudakova as a member of our team at Broadway Realty,“ founder Elliot Bogod said. ”Natalya is a very personable, motivated sales person who is as good in [New York] real estate as she is on the big screen.”
