An Upper East Side nursing home has traded hands for the first time in more than three decades for a hefty $105.5 million, according to property records filed with the city Monday.

Cassena Care —  which operates seven nursing homes in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx — is the new owner and operator of the 170,000-square-foot DeWitt Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at 211 East 79th Street.

The 499-bed facility opened in 1967 and has been operated by Marilyn Lichtman ever since. Lichtman has been the nursing home’s full owner since 1984.

A Cassena Care representative couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.

In 2011, DeWitt Rehabilitation and Nursing Center filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, claiming it owed $38.4 million, according to a Bloomberg article from that time.
