If you’ve got it, flaunt it.

Forbes Media is planning to open a 7,500-square-foot satellite office in Greenwich Village that will include a private dining room and will be used for receptions, business meetings, presentations and speaking engagements, according to the New York Post.

Forbes chief executive officer Mike Perlis told his employees that the company now earns about 70 percent of its advertising revenue through digital products, according to the Post. As a result, Forbes needs a party spot.

Forbes left the city for the Jersey City waterfront in December, where it now occupies an 98,000-square-foot headquarters. [NYP] — Claire Moses
