Street artists aren’t the only ones pissed at 5 Pointz owner David Wolkoff. Wolkoff is now being sued by his son’s tutor for $33,000, according to court documents.

The Queens developernow infamous for whitewashing one-time graffiti mecca 5 Pointz — is being sued by “academic and self-management coach” Lauren Lowenthal over her $32,900 tutoring fee. Lowenthal was hired to help the Wolkoff’s 13-year-old son, Zachary, with his schoolwork, according to the New York Post.

Lowenthal claims that the Wolkoffs promised to pay her full fee in November but ultimately backed out.

Lowenthal “performed all the terms and conditions” still the Wolkoffs have ignored multiple invoices, according to the suit cited by the Post.
